YiRental is a free apartment and house rental platform for Chinese in American, which makes life and study easier than ever. We have the largest database of house rental groups and contact info (over 1500) for almost 100 universities and cities across America.

Before building YiRental, there is no platform for Chinese in America searching and posting rental information. It takes a long time for them to find an ideal living place due to language and cultural barrier, especially for international student who just come to a new country. We provide sharable link in Wechat, which is the most popular tool like messenger in US. In this way, they can get the latest nearby rental info and start conversation immediately. It will help them solve the living problem and blend into the new environment quickly, efficiently and seamlessly.

Pain point: some landlords didn’t update rental info, prefer to long-term tenet

How often do you check rental platform: Once per week, it varies depends on rent and moving schedule. After posting on YiRental, landlords get connected in 1-2 weeks. One user said his house got rent out in one day.
